The 2019 Nebraska State Championship and Open is moving to Lifetime Fitness Omaha. After a great turn out last year we are looking forward to bringing another great event to the State. The meet will be held on Saturday, October 19. Male and female competitors in Masters, Senior, Junior, and Youth divisions are eligible to compete!

Registration is online only, is limited to the first 55 athletes, and ends at 11:59 p.m. on 10/12/2019. If you wish to get a shirt with your registration, please register by 10/05/2019.

Meet Schedule

Session 1: Weigh-in at 7:00 a.m. and lift at 9:00 a.m.

Session 2: Weigh-in at 9:30 a.m. and lift at 11:30 a.m.

Session 3: Weigh-in at 12:00 p.m. and lift at 2:00 p.m.

Specific weight classes and age divisions for each session will be announced via email once registration has closed.

Current USAW/IWF rules govern this meet, and all lifters must be USAW members. Lifters must bring USAW card and valid identification to the meet. No USAW applications will be accepted the day of the meet.

All athletes must register online and pay online for this year's event. All sales are final; refunds will not be provided.
