CrossFit Excitement would like to invite you to join us on this day in support of the relief efforts for Custom Made CrossFit which was completely destroyed during the Camp Fire that devastated the city of Paradise on Nov 8.

100% of the proceeds of this event will be donated to the owners of Custom Made CrossFit to aid them as they begin the rebuilding process.

The intent of this event is be FUN and INCLUSIVE, NOT COMPETITIVE. With that said we will not be judging this event in an effort to make it appealing to as many individuals as possible. Nor will there be podium finishers. Each team that participates will be entered into a drawing for a $100 Rogue gift card ($50 per athlete).

Each team will be given a scorecard and they will have the option (not required) of scoring themselves if they so choose. For those teams that choose to do this we will have a leaderboard so that they can make a comparison of their performance relative to others.

Teams may be either M/M, F/F, or M/F.
Teams may also be a mixture of both RX and Scaled.

The weights and movements listed below are suggested and can be modified as each team sees fit. Since we are not officially scoring this event it really doesn’t matter what weights and movements you do. What matters is that we support our community and participate!

Here are the workouts for this event:

0-6 min:
WOD 1
Max Calorie Assault Bike + Max Wall Balls (20/14/10)
One athlete on the bike at all times, switching out as needed.

6-10 min:
Rest

10-16 min:
WOD 2
6 Pull-ups or 6 Ring Rows
6 Deadlifts (205/155/115)
You go, I go format.
Partners complete one full round before switching.

16-20 min:
Rest

20-26 min:
WOD 3
1 Rep Max Clean & Jerk
Each athlete will establish a one rep maximum lift during the 6 minutes.

26-30 min:
Rest

30-36 min:
WOD 4
10 Synchronized Box Jump Overs (24/20) or Step-ups
10 Synchronized Kettlebell Swings (53/35/26)
10 Synchronized Sit-ups
