Okt-Swole-Berfest presented by Black Sheep Fitness is a one day partner functional fitness competition in Kearney, Nebraska. There will be two divisions (RX and Scaled). Standards list is not fully comprehensive, but will give you a good idea which division is appropriate for your skill level. Teams will consist of male/female or female/female. We look forward to a fun day of community and fitness!
