power stairs 

you will have 90 seconds to complete two flights of stairs. athlete will start with hands on handles at the start command athlete will proceed to load the implement onto each flight of stairs. once athlete finishes the first set of stairs they will move onto the second flight with the heavier implement.  if first flight of stairs is not completed athlete cannot move onto the next flight.  if athlete does not complete the course within the 90 mins you will be judged on flights completed.  straps are not allowed, wrist wraps, elbow sleeve and belts are allowed.

Atlas Stone press

athlete will have 60 seconds to press implement overhead for as many reps as they can within 60 seconds. belt cleans, elbow sleeves wrist wraps, and belts allowed.

ramp frame carry 

athletes will have 90 seconds to complete. athlete will start with hands on handles/rings when judge gives the start command athlete will pick up frame and attempt to carry it up a ramp in the designated time, if athlete does not finish  they will be judged on distance. sleeves, wrist wraps and belts allowed

hand over hand truck pull 

athlete will have 90 seconds from when the judge gives the start command to pull the truck 50ft. 

Mjölnir raise 

athlete will be given a start command they will proceed to lift the hammer/Mace Fit club from the ground only using one hand, once lifted above head athlete will be timed on how long they hold it. hammer cannot come down past head or athletes time will be stopped and athletes attempt will be over the time they got will be recorded. elbow sleeves, belt and wrist wraps are allowed. 

bonus event will be announced sometime before day of show. This will not affect final score of main events.
