They quoted flat rate, not hourly, which fixed the dragging-it-out concern right there. Crew of three showed up at 8:02 AM, started loading immediately, no smoke breaks every 20 minutes. Finished the entire job by 2:30 PM including the stairs at the apartment, which took some careful navigating. Final cost $1,180, exactly the quote. Nothing dinged, no scratched floors at either end. Solid call. They even came back the next morning to grab two boxes I’d forgotten in the apartment storage, no extra charge for the trip.
