Closed on the house with standard doors, then brought in Diana Doors https://dianadoors.com/ a month later. Got their Premium Line for the master suite and bathroom areas, Modern Line for the rest. Total came in at $4,900 for 12 openings including measurement, removal, and install — beat the builder’s upgrade by over $3,000 and the doors are noticeably better quality than what they were offering. Free on-site measurement is the trick, gets the sizing right before you order anything. My neighbor saw what we did and is now planning the same path for his new build, the builder upgrades just aren’t worth the markup.
