Honestly, I’m at my wit’s end with this car. I’ve got a 2018 A6 and the air conditioning has been nothing but trouble for the last two summers. I’ve already had it re-gassed twice and a mobile mechanic came out and topped it up with some leak sealant, but neither fix lasted more than a few weeks before the cool air disappeared again. This heat is just brutal and I’m tired of driving around in a sweatbox, especially when I have clients in the car. I know these complex systems really need a proper specialist to track down the root cause, whether it’s a micro-leak in the condenser or a failing compressor, but I’m worried about getting overcharged by a dealership. I was reading online that finding Reliable Audi Air Conditioning Repair is really about finding a shop that uses VCDS diagnostics and properly tests for leaks rather than just guessing, which makes total sense because my previous experiences have just been people guessing. I’m willing to pay a fair price to get it sorted once and for all before the peak summer hits, I just need to find a place that’s honest and thorough. Has anyone had a similar persistent AC issue and found a shop that actually fixed it properly without endless follow-up visits?
