It’s back! Grab your spouse, sibling or BFF to compete in our Fittest of the Fall competition!

With the CrossFit Open scheduled to begin on Oct. 10, what better way to gear-up for that five-week long adventure than by testing your athleticism in our annual event?!

Our goal is to give all athletes the opportunity to step outside of their comfort zone and push themselves in a fun, safe environment!

RX and Scaled divisions
3-4 workouts for all | prizes awarded to top finishers in each division

Briefing & WOD descriptions | 8:45-9:00 a.m.
WOD #1 | 9:00 a.m.

If you're definitely an RX athlete and your teammate is right on the fence, we recommend joining the RX division! WOD specifics will be released prior to competition date.
