The 2nd annual Rumble on the Bay will be a 1 day, all outdoor, male/female team competition held at Capital Credit Union Stadium!

About this Event

Each team will compete in at least 3 events, with the top five teams from each division competing in the final event.

All competitors who register by September 18, 2020 will be guarenteed to receive a Rumble on the Bay t-shirt. Prizes for all top finishing teams will be based on the number of registered teams.

Spots available:

  • RX:15
  • Intermediate: 20
  • Beginner: 20
  • Masters (40-45): 10
  • Masters (46+): 10

Divisions

  • RX: Both team members are proficient in all RX Crossfit movement standards
  • Intermediate: Both team members have competed in a Crossfit competition before or are proficient in the basic movements of Crossfit
  • Sub-Masters (40-45): Both partners must be between 40-45 years old
  • Masters (46+): Both partners must be at least 46 years old (if one partner is 40-45 and one partner is 46+ you must register for the 40-45 division)
  • Beginners: First Crossfit competition or less than 2 years of Crossfit experience for both team members
