The Showdown Lowdown

This is a partner competition with M/M and F/F pairings in RX and Scaled divisions. First place RX divisions will win $150 Rogue gift card, as well as other prizes from our sponsors.

The workouts will be released April 11, 2022.

Standards

RX divisions, partners must be able to perform high skill gymnastics including but not limited to: muscle-ups, chest to bar, pull-ups, handstand walks, handstand push-ups, toes to bar, pistols, and double unders.

Weight standards:

deadlift 315/225

squat variations 185/125

cleans 185/125

dumbbell movements 50/35

kettlebell movements 55/35

Scaled will not be required to do any high-skill gymnastics.
