Teams of MM or FF, both Rx and Scaled, will be competing in an epic CrossFit comp at Hoplite CrossFit in Sparta, WI. We are throwing down for our own Captain Hedy Vincent as she begins the biggest competition of her life - a fight against Glioblastoma brain cancer.
We can't think of a better way than to support Hedy - the ultimate athlete and L1 Coach, who's lifelong dedication to her own training is preparing her with the strength in her battle.
Hedy has also served our country in both the Army and National Guard, currently serving as Assistant Professor of Military Science Army ROTC at UW - Eau Claire.
