Madness in the Mat-Su
The team comp returns! Two males and two females join forces for a weekend of fun and fitness.
There will be two divisions - RX and Open.
The RX division is for those who would be comfortable with all RX CrossFit Open movements.
The Open division is for those athletes ranging from scaled to intermediate. workouts will be programmed to an intermediate level, but will have further scalability of movements available to ensure the team is still able to complete them.
