This is our third annual solo and team fitness competition where athletes must suspend what they think they know and instead embrace the unknown realm of fitness. Competitors will receive a list of movement standards beforehand but will not know the details of the events they will be competing in.

There will be Solo and 3-person, same-sex team divisions and this year, we will be introducing an Open format where all athletes will be competing in the Standard division and their event placement will be determined not only by their performance, but by their scaling options used.

This will be a single-day format competition with the solo competitors going on Saturday and the teams heading into action on Sunday. The workouts will begin at 9 am and each day will end at 6 pm.
