1st place open, masters and teens title belt as Delaware’s baddest man/woman. Awards for other placements will be a medal

• Top three athletes in each  open divisions or class will qualify for nationals. This depends on the promoter's decision to have  divisions only or classes.
• NOVICE: There are no classes in Novice . Only Lightweight and Heavyweight. The winner of each at a show will qualify for nationals.
• TEENS:  Teens are only Lightweight and Heavyweight. The top 3 in each will qualify.

weigh ins 24 hours in advanced 9am-8pm

Must attend rules meeting at 9am, failure to weigh in by 8:45am the day of competition leads to an automatic disqualification.

Fingal Finger: 

Men's open Fingal Finger: custom weld 15 ft fingal finger 285 lbs empty. 

Novice men's and women's fingal finger is a custom fingal finger 150lbs empty 10ft length, 8in diameter. 

• allowed equipment: gloves, belt, elbow sleeves, grip shirt, knee sleeves.
• banned equipment: tacky, tacky towel
• most reps wins the event
• 1 minute time limit

Hussafell 50 ft for speed : 

Hussafell starts in an upright position, Unlimited drops allowed 50 ft, fastest to cross the foot passed the line wins the event.  The athlete has a 1 minute time limit to cross the finish line. The hussafell must be upright when completing the event. Intentionally throwing or slamming the hussafell leads to an automatic disqualification. 

• allowed equipment: grip shirt, elbow sleeves,
• not allowed: tacky, tacky towel
• Texas power concepts hussafell and Titan Hussafell replicas will be used in the competition.

Death by Deadlift raw with straps (wagon wheel deadlift) 13in deadlift :

Every successful rep leads to additional plates loaded onto the bar by loaders, once you get to the fourth jump in weight you rep it out for the rest of the remaining time. 

1 minute 30 seconds time limit. 

Bar used for the competition is a Texas Deadlift bar

• allowed equipment: knee sleeves, strongman shorts/warm up pants, straps (figure 8, standard straps)
• not allowed: tacky, tacky towel, geared powerlifting equipment such as a deadlift suit or squat briefs, hook straps
• time limit 1 minute 30 seconds

Truck pull / harness 

athletes that do not move the vehicle at all within 30 seconds zero the event, rope will be used to pull the vehicle forward with a harness. times will be awarded for anyone completing a distance of 40 ft. 

• allowed equipment: knee sleeves, strongman shorts/warm up pants, elbow sleeves.
• not allowed: tacky, tacky towel, geared powerlifting equipment such as a deadlift suit or squat briefs
• Time limit 1 minute

sandbag to shoulder ladder 

All bags will start upright, the bag can be brought to the shoulder however you would like. Bag must be still on the shoulder; with an arm out until the lifter has been granted a down command, before going to the next bag. (more than half the bag must be over the shoulder) 

• allowed equipment: grip shirt, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, belt
• not allowed: tacky, tacky towel
• Time limit 1 minute
