 We are picking up right where we left off last year and plan on giving you another stellar day of fun and fitness!Â

FFFÂ Scaled or IntermediateÂ
There will be 4 workouts total- each scored individually. The wods will be released prior to the event.Â

No refunds will be given. Teams will be allowed to tranfer or replace their team or individual athletes. All athletes will be required to sign a competition waiver prior to competing. All local health department guidelines will be followed at the time of the event.
