Gather your team of four - two males and two females - and prepare to push your limits in our RX and Scaled Divisions. For inquiries, simply email Admin@centervilleCrossFit.com.
Teams do not need to be complete at the time of sign up. No refunds. Teammate substitutions are allowed.

10 Minute Running Clock:Â
1 Clean + 2 Front Squats
1 Snatch + 2 OHS
Score: Total Max Weight
Team of 4 will divided in to (2) Male/Female pairs. Each pair will pick either the Clean or Snatch complex to complete . M/F Pair will lift at the same time with their individual bars. Pairs will have unlimited trys at their chosen complex, within the 10 Min Time Cap.
No designated order for complex or weight. (ie. Snatch complex can be done before Clean complex and weight can be added or subtracted anytime.) There will be 1 Male and 1 Female Bar to share between the 2 pairs. Teams are responsible for loading their own barbells.
Final lift must be started before the 10:00 mark.
