Welcome to the 3rd Annual Hicks Memorial WOD!

Come join us on Sun, Nov 17, 2024 at 9:30 AM for a day of fitness and community at the Cherokee Fire & Rescue Training Center. This event is a tribute to our fallen heroes and a chance to come together to honor their memory.

Event starts at 9:30 followed by fellowship then lunch will be available for purchase after the WOD. WOD entry $10, Lunch Plate $10. All proceeds will go to benefit the family of recently passed Cherokee County Firefighter Nevin O’Ohearn.

Workout will be:

23 Rounds (Hicks last station assignment)
11 - Push-Ups
18 - Dumbbell Snatches (9 each arm)
21 - Air Squats

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this event is open to all levels. We'll have challenging workout, camaraderie, and a chance to support a great cause. Don't miss out on this opportunity to push yourself, have fun, and remember those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
