Welcome to Major League Operator (MLO), the premier league where tactical shooting meets high-intensity fitness. Based in Laguna Niguel, CA, MLO is designed to push the boundaries of athleticism and tactical prowess, offering a unique competitive platform for operators of all levels. Whether you’re from the military, law enforcement, or just passionate about tactical shooting and fitness, MLO is the stage where you can showcase and elevate your skills. 

MLO Competitions is the 1st sports league which is blending tactical and extreme fitness where athletes will compete in divisions. These divisions will be ranked using the lastest software to enable fair and fun competition. Building a mega platform for athletes to have fun and showcase their skills and grit. 

Workout Release Dates: 4 scored events which will be released 3 weeks prior to the MLO event. We will release the workouts through our social media accounts with video demonstration by our director of our events (Former Force Recon Marine and Crossfit Athlete)

All qualifying metric will be released through our newletter to better prepare athletes for their competition.

We have 4 divisions 

Tier 1 : Male or female ( Male / Female compete in same division

Experienced tactical shooter (Rifle/ Pistol) and well above average tactical fitness

Tier 2: Male or female ( Male / Female compete in same division

Proficient tactical shooter (Rifle/ Pistol) and above average tactical fitness

Tier 3: Male or female ( Male / Female compete in same division 

New to tactical shooting (Rifle/ Pistol) and average tactical fitness

Team: Any mixed teams of 2. Can be male/male or male/ female or female/ female
