This is going to be an athlete's choice event. There will be 3 separate events for each category. With every paid entry, the athlete will get to vote which of the 3 events for each category they want. Entries will close on April 5th and on April 6th (sooner if we cap out), I will tally all the votes and publish the official list of events as chosen by the people! Note: THIS DOES NOT MEAN WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE DOING THE EVENTS YOU VOTE FOR! This is democracy in action. If 19 people vote for one press and one person votes for a different press, the one 19 people voted for will be the one we do on contest day. In the event of a tie, I will use a random number generator to pick the event. 

This contest is capped at 25 people. My barn is good sized, but not massive and any more than that plus spectators and volunteers would be a bit snug. I love you all, but I don't want to be THAT close to you. 

Press options: Block press (clean and press each rep), Keg press (clean and press each rep), Viking Press (press away)

Deadlift options: Car deadlift (max reps - actual car, plus weight as needed), Car deadlift simulator (max weight, 3 attempts), Semi Tire/some other tire for the ladies (max weight) 

Carry options: Yoke, Farmers, Conan's wheel. I'm thinking max distance here. On the yoke and farmers, you'll have a turn zone where you can drop turn around and pick up within 10 seconds to continue. A drop outside the zone ends your turn. Conan's wheel is just going to be straight distance unless the weather forces us inside, in which case we'd do half turns with a re-pick at each half (similar to the other two). 

Medley options: Sandbags, 3 of them, 50 feet each. Odd objects - keg, husa, fire hydrant. Truck pull to truck push - pull a pickup 50 feet, push it back 50 feet (rope and harness for the pull, will have handles for the push). Might do a car for the ladies.  

Loading options: Just straight over bar...probably 48" for the women and 52" for the men. Stone, Keg, or Sandbag. Stones and kegs you'll have someone returning the implement to you. Sandbags, run around and load from the other side. 

Tie-breaker event choices: MAS wrestling, Tug of War, Tire Throw for Distance (to be used to break a tie involving podium spots)
