This team of 2 competition will feature teams of same sex pairs and coed pairs in the following divisions: RX, Intermediate and Scaled! 

On competition day you can expect a total of 3 workouts with 4-5 scores total, in gauntlet style format.  You can expect to have all of your workouts completed with in an hour time frame.
