USS Pro International 2025

Place: Haynes Pavillion in the Gallatin County Fairgrounds

Classes: Men's and Women's Pro Open and Middleweights

Qualifying: There are 3 ways to qualify for this event. 1 have a current USS Pro card. 2 Win your class at 2025 USS nationals. 3 Win a pro class at a competition during the year, with 6 or more entrants and not zero an event .

Weights are subject to change 

EVENT 1: 18 Inch Max Axle Press; 3 attempts, call your weights. Miss an attempt you are done. 60 seconds to complete your attempt. No tree topping, control/follow the bar down. Women will use a Titan axle and 36" wheels. Men will use a Cerberus axle and 36" wheels. Equipment allowed knee and elbow sleeves, hard and soft belt, wrist wraps.

EVENT 2: Frame Carry to Farmers Carry. Pick and carry each for 50 feet. No straps. No tacky. Equipment allowed hard and soft belt, knee sleeves or wraps. 60 seconds to complete.

EVENT 3: 18 inch axle deadlift for reps. No touch ad go. All competitors will use Cerberus axles and 36 inch wheels. Equipment allowed, hard and soft belt, straps, knee sleeves or wraps. 60 seconds for max reps.

EVENT 4: Carry medley; Pick and carry a sandbag 50 feet then a natural stone for 50 feet last a husafell bag for 50 feet. Equipment allowed hard and soft belt, knee sleeves, grip shirt. No tacky. 

EVENT 5: Head to head atlas stone; women's height will be 48 inches. Men's height will be 52 inches. The bottom 2 athletes will start off. Lowest place will start. When stone hits the floor next athlete has 30 seconds to start lifting the stone. At that point you will have 30 seconds to get it over the bar. Continue till one athlete can't get it over the bar, at which point the next athlete you come in. This will continue till the last athlete. Then a spotter will roll the atlas stone back to the athlete. All reps on the stone will count towards score.
