We are beyond excited to host our individual Comp for the 3rd time after such a great turnout from last year.
What's more great than competing against top athletes in the MidWest to be crowned the fittest and have fun doing it? Pushing yourself to limits you never thought you could!
We are capping this years competition at 70 Athletes! Register to secure your spot.
Workouts will be realeased periodically as we get closer to the day of competition.
