TEMPLE BARBELL CLUB/ DAY STRENGTH LLC is proud to present: The Legions Strongest II . This community has given countless hours and service to prior/current military, first responders and more. All proceeds from this competition will go directly to American Legion Post 624 to show appreciation for there unwavering support to our strength community and America.

This is a kid friendly/ handicap assessable location w/ food vendors, raffles, live music, adult cantina, 5 full bathrooms w/wash stations, side events/activities for all!

This event will have multiple lanes running, extremely time efficient w/o bottle necking to ensure fast transitions & maximize warm up time. Event will not last longer than 4hrs with my support team but the area will be open for activities until 2am. No children after 9pm. Children must be supervised/only service animals are allowed inside.

MAIN EVENTS 
1. Mystery OHP

max rep 60sec. OHP event will be visible upon weight in!

Equipment Allowed: any thing you want.

2. Frame DL

Frame deadlift last man standing. 30sec per attempt, start hands free. Max attempts per 30sec. One fail & you’re out. Last successfully completed lift is score. Start when you’d like!

Female: titan 135#: 20# jumps

Male: wooden/300#: 50lbs jumps
Equipment Allowed: any thing you want except: Tacky

3. Frame Carry

Male & Female will carry same frame as per frame deadlift. 50’ fastest time in 60sec, distance will be measured if 50’ isn’t complete, unlimited drops.

4. Wheel of Pain “Replica”

USA BC/ Spence replica inspired model for max distance In 60sec. 

 Equipment Allowed: any thing you want except: Tacky

5. 1 Arm Deadlift 

1 arm deadlift last man standing. 30sec per attempt, start hands free. Max attempts per 30sec. One fail & you’re out. Last successfully completed lift is score. Start when you’d like!

Females: Raptor handle 1.75”

Males: Rolling Thunder Handle 2”                  Equipment allowed: anything except Tacky
