This will be a two day, single platform meet with a max capacity of 120 lifters. There will be FOUR sessions -- morning and afternoon on both Saturday and Sunday morning.

Morning lifting (Session 1 and 3, Saturday and Sunday respectively) start at 8:30am (tentatively).

Afternoon lifting (Session 2 and 4, Saturday and Sunday respectively) start at 2:30pm (tentatively).

Each athlete is allowed ONE coach in the warm up area on meet day. Any additional visitors will be required to pay the spectator fee at the door and CANNOT be in the warm up area (this is non-negotiable).
