Who can compete: This event is limited to the first 240 people who register. Any person age 8 years + is eligible to compete in this event as long as they are a current USA Powerlifting member (even if it’s your first event). Get or renew your membership here.

You can set American records at this event.

** Registration will open for all Washington State residents first. On August 23rd registration will open to any out of state athletes if there are still available spots. Out of state athletes will compete as Guest Lifters (you can set records for your state but will compete against other Guest Lifters using the DOTS formula).

All lifters must be active USAPL members. 10% of the lifters will be drug tested.

If you are new to USA Powerlifting, please visit their website at www.usapowerlifting.com for all rules and regulations. This event offers the options of lifting raw or equipped (single ply). You may enter Full Power (squat, bench, deadlift), Deadlift or Bench Press or Deadlift and Bench press.

Spectators Admission = $20 (this includes coaches who are not also competing, there will not be a coaching pass other than the door fee)

When completing your registration form, you choose your weight class by having your weight be below the chosen weight class. For instance, if you weigh 102kg, you enter the 110kg weight class.

Awards: Awards will be given to 1st – 3rd place in each weight class and best lifters in each for light weight and heavy weight. Champion of Champion awards (best lifter) will be given in age categories with 6 or more competitors.

Custom T-Shirts: All competitors will receive a free t-shirt. Please indicate your size on your entry form

Lifting Attire: All competitors must wear a one piece lifting suit or a wrestling singlet, shoes and a T-Shirt. And you must be a current USAPL member. Renew online at www.usapowerlifting.com.

Drug Testing: You must be drug free for at least 36 months prior to the date of this meet to be eligible to compete. At least 10% of all lifters will be tested by urinalysis. Banned substances include but are not limited to anabolic steroids and growth hormones. The complete list of banned substances is available on the web site of the World Anti-Doping Agency (see www.WADA-ama.org).
