There is a Meet Photographer. Due to the USA Powerlifting Media policy, Media must be approved. Anyone else using professional photography equipment will be asked to leave. Friends and family wishing to take photos with a phone or regular camera may.

Sessions will be assigned approximately 4 weeks out. Due to changing weights and lifter changes, Flights will be assigned by the last week. Weight Class Change Form will be closed 1 week out for final meet paperwork.

All Sessions & Flights are subject to change based on actual weigh-ins. If you weigh-in at a different weight, your flight and/or session may change. You can check this as well as your lot numbers on the Roster on Liftingcast.com.

There are no qualifying totals and/or competitions required to enter this meet. All lifters competing must be a member of USA Powerlifting.
- Qualifying Totals for Raw Nationals 2025 must be earned at a State or higher level meet.
- Local meets qualify you for State or Regional meets, AND High School Nationals.

All athletes must present a valid DL or ID.

All athletes must stay until the end of awards. 10% of athletes will be drug tested.

Please refer to the USAPL website for approved apparel and equipment including T-shirt, singlet, belt, wrist wraps, knee sleeves. Equipped lifters must have approved bench shirt, deadlift/squat suit, knee wraps in addition to T-shirt, singlet, belt, wrist wraps.
Drug Testing: Lifters will be informed at the end of the session if they are selected for drug testing. If a lifter is selected, but not present, this is a disqualification. Please check with Meet Director if you need to leave early.
This is a full powerlifting meet, squat, bench press and deadlift will be judged according to the standards of USA Powerlifting, please refer to rules on the USAPL website.
