We are excited to bring you the 2025 USA Powerlifting West Virginia State Championship at MouserFest: The Mouser Sports Festival! MouserFest will be an exciting day for the sports community with powerlifting, strongman, arm wrestling, BJJ, and more, all at the 50k square foot Hazel & J.W. Ruby Community Center in Morgantown, WV.

This event may be used to achieve a qualifying total for USA Powerlifting national events!

Lifters may set American, Regional, and State records at this event!

REGISTRATION SCHEDULE & PROCEDURES

Registration fee: $130
Additional division fee (optional): $25

Registration will begin with a period open to WV residents and then open to guest lifters from any state. Guest lifters may fill out a waiting list form to receive priority when registration opens for out-of-state lifters. The number of spots available for guest lifters will be contingent on the number of WV residents who register during the in-state registration period.

WV residents will be eligible for state championship titles in their respective weight classes and divisions, and for the Best Overall Male Lifter and Best Overall Female Lifter awards (DOTS-based). Guest lifters will be eligible for separate DOTS-based awards. All lifters may set American records and achieve a qualifying total for USA Powerlifting national meets.

June 6, 5 PM: Registration opens for all WV residents who have a total in a USA Powerlifting meet

June 20: Registration opens for all WV residents

July 20: Registration opens for out-of-state lifters who completed the waitlist form (as space allows)

July 27: Registration opens for all out-of-state lifters (as space allows)

Registration deadline: November 6 or when the meet capacity of 45 lifters is reached

Refund policy: No refunds will be given.

USA Powerlifting Membership: IF YOU ARE NEW TO USA POWERLIFTING, WAIT UNTIL NOVEMBER TO PURCHASE YOUR MEMBERSHIP. Otherwise your membership will expire at the end of 2025. Membership is not required during registration, but all participants must be current USA Powerlifting members on the day of the meet. Register online here. Minimum 10% of participants will be drug tested by urinalysis.

MouserFest Entry: MouserFest entry is included for all lifters and coaches. MouserFest entry is $25 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under. All spectators will be required to purchase entry to MouserFest. There is no additional spectator fee to watch this event.

Coaching Passes: Coaching passes may be purchased for $35 as an add-on item on this registration page or at the event. Coaches are not required to be USA Powerlifting members.

Meet Shirts: Meet shirts are available as an add-on item on this registration page.

EQUIPMENT DIVISIONS

The raw division is available by default on the registration page. Lifters who would like to compete in the raw with wraps or equipped divisions should contact the meet director to be placed in the appropriate division.

1. Raw: singlet, t-shirt, shoes, shin-length deadlift socks required. Neoprene knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and belt permitted.
2. Raw with Wraps: singlet, t-shirt, shoes, shin-length deadlift socks required. Knee wraps, wrist wraps, and belt permitted.
3. Equipped: singlet or supportive suit, t-shirt, shoes, shin-length deadlift socks required. Squat suit, bench shirt, deadlift suit, neoprene knee sleeves or knee wraps, wrist wraps, and belt permitted.

This meet is scheduled to be one session capped at 45 lifters. The final schedule with flight assignments will be sent to all lifters once registration has closed.
