The Trio 2018

There will be 40 teams available, 20 male teams and 20 female teams. Each team will consist of either 3 males or 3 females. Some workouts will have 3 levels of skill and others will be open that all members will be able to compete. For example one person may have to be able to chest to bar pull ups, the next will do chin over the bar pull ups, and the last will have to do chin to the bar pull ups. Weights may be #185/#125 front squat for one athlete, #135/85 for another, and #95/#65 for the last. You can have one Rx'd athlete, one intermediate athlete, and one scaled athlete. Or all Rx'd athlete but you must be able to complete the standards. Which will be posted on our Trio Facebook page. $100/team and the top female team and top male team will win a prize package!
