CrossFit UDX is proud to announce the third annual UDX Winter Games, a 3-person MMM/FFF team CrossFit competition held at CrossFit UDX in La Crosse, WI. The competition will consist of four workouts that will be released in the coming weeks. There will be Men's and Women's RX and Scaled Divisions. All athletes receive event t-shirts. The 2018 UDX Winter Games will also be benefitting the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse! We will be doing a toy drive with all toys going to kids at our area BGCs! We will again be giving each registered athlete the opportunity to earn $10 back on the registration cost if they bring in a toy to donate on event day!
