The CrossFit Open is a worldwide fitness event consisting of three workouts over the course of three weeks, and is the first of many stages towards earning the title of "Fittest of Earth."
Here at HUSH, we are not interested in finding out how fast you can exercise against 400,000 other people. Instead, we want to create an amazing fitness experience with our people and we do this by what we call...the HUSH Intramural Open.
The HUSH Intramural Open is where magic happens. You will be pushed to new heights, be inspired by others, and share in moments that can't be replicated in a regular class setting.
This is an in-house team event where we complete the Open workouts with added fun, excitement, and energy to push ourselves to accomplish things never thought possible.
