You DO NOT need a Powerlifting American Membership to register and reserve your spot However, You are required to possess a powerlifting America Membership prior to competing. (The PLA calendar year begins in October)

Awards:

There will be awards for 1st-3rd in each Open weight class by total.

There will also be divisions for Teen, Junior and Masters by DOTS and Age Points.

There will only be awards for 1st-3rd in each of these divisions overall.

Everyone will automatically be entered in Best Lifter by DOTS.

Rogue Calibrated Plates

Rogue Ohio Power bar

Day 2 will be Teen and Junior Men only If you are open/masters men or a woman please register for day 1. If you are not available day one you may register as a guest.
