2023 - The Ruckus - In house Throwdown at SMCF

1-day partner (teams of 3) male/male/male - female/female/female - FUN throwdown 

January 7th, 2023 starts at 8 am 

Workouts will be based onGPP (general physical preparedness), work capacity.  Weights will be a bit more manageable and the gymnastics movements will be manageable as well.  This will really give our community a way to create a great mix and of course, mingle between (Big Boss and Boss athletes).  Let's have a fun and competitive Saturday to kick off 2023

Workouts will be released prior to the competition. Let's Bring the Ruckus to SMCF!
