• Mixed pairs (1 male / 1 female) in which the age difference between the two is 10 years of age or more
• 2 Divisions total: RX & Scaled
• $130/team
• Minimum of 3 workouts, all of which will be released ahead of time

• Max Lifts & Complexes; *Athletes should be able to complete 5+ reps at the loads below:
