Those without a valid membership will not be permitted to lift.

All other gear checks and rack heights will take place on meet day. Please bring a valid DL or ID, a screenshot of your USAPL membership card and everything you will be lifting in on meet day. This includes singlet, meet undershirt, belt, wrist wraps, knee sleeves, deadlift socks, lifting shoes, underwear. Day of check-ins will take place 30 minutes prior to weigh-ins starting at 7:30am (Weigh-ins will start at 8:00am).

10% of lifters will be drug tested. Lifters will be informed after their third attempt on deadlifts. ALL LIFTERS ELIGIBLE FOR DRUG TESTS REGARDLESS OF OUTCOME.

Awards:
Top 3 lifters in each class
Overall Best Lifters (determined by DOTS points)

Coaches:
One coach/handler per lifter
Coaches passes are $10 and will need to be purchased at check-in
Coaches with multiple athletes will only need to purchase one pass
*COACHES WITHOUT A PASS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED IN THE WARMUP AREA, ATHLETE STAGING AREA OR BEHIND PLATFORM*
