General meet info email will be sending out around 1.5-month out to lifters who signed up.

I. Descriptions:

- The 2025 USAPL White Lights Open is a local meet that is open to all level powerlifters.

- Since it's a local meet, it can't be used to qualify for Raw Nationals. However, it can be used to qualify ofr State Championships & Regionals.

- This will be a one-day meet with one platform, two sessions, AM & PM. Tentaitve schedule shown below.

II. Requirements:

- Must have a non-expired USAPL membership on meet date (2025 shown on card). Please note that if this will be your first meet of 2024, you can wait until November 1st to purchase your USAPL membership but if you already have it, please submit it when registering.You must have USAPL Membership in order to compete, please email us your membership number after getting it.

- All lifters must have been drug-free for the past thirty-six (36) months.

- No qualifying total needed for this meet.

III. Tentative Schedule:

Optional Early euqipment check: Friday (02/21) 6:30PM - 7:30PM @ Hidden Gym. (No Weigh-in)

Meet day:

- Session 1: Regular Check-in with Equipment Check: 7AM. (USAPL ID & Photo ID are required. Show referees everything you're wearing on the platform)

Weigh-in: right after you have your Equipment checked, to no later than 8:30AM (no exception). (openers & rack height are required before you go weigh-in)

Lifting starts at 9:00AM, ends around 1:00PM.

Awards to follow.

- Session 2: Regular Check-in with Equipment Check: 12:30AM. (USAPL ID & Photo ID are required. Show referees everything you're wearing on the platform)

Weigh-in: 1PM, to no later than 2:30PM (no exception). (openers & rack height are required before you go weigh-in)

Lifting starts at 3PM, ends around 7:00PM.

IV. Registration Timeline (meet shirt not included):

Early Bird Registration: $125 (Deadline - September 8)

Regular Registration: $150 (September 9 - January 10)

Late Registration: $175 (January 11 - February 7)

Additional division: $25.

IV. Changes after signing up:

For any meet change request including weight class, division, team name, etc.. Any division(s) add or changes or add won’t be accepted within 2 weeks out from the date of the meet.
