If you haven't been to Athens in the fall you're really missing out. It's just an awesome area to visit. Rolling down RT 33 there are many hotels, breweries, and some real good shopping for everyone. Hocking Hills has a great hotel and there are many food hot spots to try (Don't blow your weight class).

Tentative Schedule: Schedule will be finalized once registration is closed. This will be a one (1) day meet with a 60 lifter limit. SESSION ASSIGNMENT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE!!!

October 4th: All men, women and youth lifter in all weight classes and divisions

Day 1, Session 1: Men up to 82.5kg and women up to 70kg
7:00 AM: Registration and equipment check open
7:30-9:00 AM: Weigh-ins
8:45 AM: Rules meeting
9:30 AM: Lifting begins
~1:30 PM: Awards & drug testing

Day 1, Session 2: Men 90kg and above. Women 75kg and above
12:00 PM: Registration and equipment check open
12:30 – 2:00 PM: Weigh-ins
1:45 PM: Rules meeting
2:30 PM: Lifting begins
~5:30 PM: Awards & drug testing

Equipment Divisions:
1. Raw: singlet, t-shirt, shoes, shin-length deadlift socks required. Neoprene knee sleeves, wrist wraps, and belt permitted.

2. Raw with Wraps: singlet, t-shirt, shoes, shin-length deadlift socks required. Knee wraps, wrist wraps, and belt permitted. Must contact meet director to be placed in this division.

3. Equipped: singlet or supportive suit, t-shirt, shoes, shin-length deadlift socks required. Squat suit, bench shirt, deadlift suit, neoprene knee sleeves or knee wraps, wrist wraps, and belt permitted. Must contact meet director to be placed in this division.

USA Powerlifting Membership: Membership is not required during registration, but all participants must be current USA Powerlifting members on the day of the meet.

Minimum 10% of participants will be drug tested by urinalysis.

Awards: Medals will be given to the top three in each weight class and division.
