Refund and Substitution Policy: Sadly we will not be able to refund any registration fees, but we will be able to accept substitutions with an advanced notice.

Workouts will begin being released no later than June 1.

(There will be a max sandbag ladder 😎)

We will have RX and scaled divisions.

This will be a very fun event located at the Middletown Commons in Whitehall, WV! We will be using the common space at the Commons, the parking lot, and our gym space. There will be sponsors, vendors, and an ecstatic environment!
