Join us on Sunday 2nd April 2023 for our mixed team Triple Threat Throwdown!

Team name boards and T-Shirts for every team!
(Must be entered no later than 4 weeks prior for these)

2 males and 1 female will make up each team with a max capacity of 40 teams. There's no RX or scaled divisions, the event caters for all abilities with just a handful of minimum ability requirements per team.

The event will take place in our 4000 sq ft CrossFit facility in Winchester.

Accessible to all, this event will comprise of 3 workouts for everyone. After this the top 10 teams will proceed to workout 4, and then the top 5 teams will finally proceed to workout 5. The podiums will then be decided on overall points over the 5 workouts.

We have a fully stocked Coffee Bar serving barista fresh ground coffee, Noccos and protein bars. We will also have food vendors joining us for the day to keep you fully fueled throughout.

All workouts and movement standards will be revealed 1 week prior to the event.

Minimum standards / ability

Like we said, there's no RX or Scaled movements, but every athlete should be confident with the following movements as a minimum for the first 3 workouts*:

Running
Deadlift 80/50kg
GTOH 50/35kg
Box Jumps 24/20"
DB Movements 22.5/15kg
Kettlebell 24/16kg

*Not all team members need to be able to do every movement standard. As long as a team you can complete them all, you are fine.

Workouts 4 and 5 will not be released prior to the day and will entail more technical movements, including gymnastics and heavier barbell work.

Tickets will be non refundable and any team member changes must be given to the team in writing prior to the day.
