Come one, Come all to the inaugural Big Tiny's Feast of Fools.

Nestled in the quaint town of Etowah North Carolina, Sideways Farm and Brewery will be the host of the first ever Feast of Fools.

Strongman Corporation Membership is required for all competitors - SCMEMBERSHIP

Winners of the open division classes will be receiving an invite to the 2025 Strongman Corporation Nationals.

Fool NOUN -A person who lacks good judgment or sense. For example, "only a fool would attempt to lift that rock unprepared".

Here at the first ever Feast of Fools we want to encourage athletes to be as well rounded as possible. For this reason, events will not be listed all at once for this contest. All five events will remain a mystery. This means that if you ask what the events are beforehand, you will more than likely receive a snarky response. Do not let the mystery discourage you, come have fun, lift crazy weights, hang out with friends, and help us grow strongman in WNC.

Weigh ins: SonRise Fitness Friday April 4, 2025 from 3-6 p.m.

At Sideways Farm Saturday Aroil 5, 2025 8-8:30 a.m.

Rules meeting will be at Sideways Farm at 8:35 a.m. Athletes must be in attendance for the rules meeting in order to participate in the contest.

Stump Load and Carry 

Athletes will have 60 seconds to maneuver 6 varying size stumps. Athlete will begin with his or her hands off the implements and will wait for the "go" command from the judge. Athlete will then carry the stumps 50 feet and load them over a 50 inch yoke. Athletes may carry the stumps in any order they wish. 

Tie breakers: If two athletes load the same number of stumps, the one who loads the heavier stumps will win. If two athletes load the exact same stumps it will be based on time. 

Everyone wants to know what the stumps are going to weigh. The beauty of it is, they will be heavy. That is all information we will give. 

Sledgehammer Lever

Four ledge hammers will be available to athletes in varying weights. This will be a Trump/mercy event meaning that if an athlete does four reps with the 8 pound sledgehammer and another athlete does one rep with the 12 pound sledgehammer the athlete who did the heavier sledgehammer wins. Athletes will have 60 seconds to perform as many levers as possible.
