CAR DEADLIFT FOR REPS

There will be 60 seconds on the clock to

rep out as many as you can. you must wait for the down command and the lift command. (no touch and go)

deadlift suits are aloud straps no more then two belts allowed chalk and knee sleeves are allowed (no tacky no knee wraps)

KEG, AXEL and LOG PRESS for reps at the end

You will have 60 seconds to complete this press melody. You must wait for the down command for it to count as a good lift. (control the weight down) fastest time wins. When you get to the log press away only need to cling it up once.

SANDBAG TOSS OVER BAR

Athletes will have 60 seconds to toss all 3 bags over the bar men’s height will be 15 feet and women’s heights will be 13 feet. you will start with the lightest bag and work up to the heaviest. The spit times will be when your bag hits the ground.

CARRY EVENT

You will have 60 seconds to pick up and run and load said object to the platform run back and repeat you will start with the lightest object and move to the heaviest object. Spit times from when you load up on the platform and your hands are off the object. fastest time wins KEG HUSAFELL SANDBAG will be set on the ground next to the 48” platform the turf is 40’ long

gloves elbow sleeves knee sleeve soft belt hard belt chalk are all allowed SHOES MUST BE WORN DURING THIS EVENT (no tacky)

STONE OVER BAR

athletes Will have 60 seconds to load an atlas stone over Bar as many times as they can. bar height will be 48” for men and 44” for women. most reps win unless there is a tie and the fastest split time of when the stone hits the ground will win.

tape arm sleeves elbow sleeves knee sleeves soft belt hard belt (buckle must be off to the side or behind) grip shirt grip shorts (SHOES MUST BE WORN) and finally tacky is allowed
