The TEENS are taking over CrossFit Lorton (again) in a PARTNER COMPETITION like no other.

Pairs may be M/M, F/F, or M/F. One partner MUST meet the age group standard. Partner 2 may be any age. We encourage Teen-Adult pairings.

Workouts 1, 2, and 3 will be released PRIOR to the event. After the first event is completed, there are no substituations allowed. Substituations will be allowed up to the day of competition.

Age Group Divisions

Partner ONE:

• 10 and Under
• 11-12 Years Old
• 13-14 Years Old
• 15-16 Years Old

Partner TWO may be any age. (Adult partners encouraged.)

Standards

14 years and under will have gender neutral standards for all movements (eg. 13 year old males AND females will both use 10# wall ball in RX division). Ages 15 and older will have male and female standard guidelines. Adult partners will mimic standards of their Teen counterparts. Teams may choose RX or Scaled for each individual workout. RX workouts will be scored higher than scaled. Teams must be able to achieve a minimum work requirement to choose RX for a workout. You may choose to RX one workout and scale other workouts. If a team chooses to RX, they must RX the ENTIRE workout.

Any registrations after 4MAR24 will not receive event shirts.
