It’s going down this summer — the Cosmic CrossFit Summer Bash is here and it’s hotter than ever!

This will be a day filled with strength challenges and impressive moves. You'll push your limits and showcase your skills.

Cosmic Summer Bash is on Saturday, August 9th — a community-focused partner competition with teams of 2 (M/M & F/F) will battle it out in Masters, RX, and Scaled divisions for bragging rights, podium glory, and killer prizes.

High-energy workouts. Loud music. Epic vibes. Vendors. Community. Prizes. And YOU on that podium.

Event Details:
📍 Start & Finish Location: Cosmic CrossFit
⏰ Check-In: 7:00 AM
📣 Event Briefing: 8:00 AM sharp
👥 Teams: M/M and F/F pairs
🏋️ Workouts: 3 total with 1 floater
💲 Entry Fee: $250 per team ($125/person)
👕 T-shirt included for all athletes
🏆 Wrap-Up & Prizes: 2:00 PM

Scoring Format
There will be one overall leaderboard. Each workout will have an Rx, Scaled, and Masters version, but any team choosing to scale a workout will be placed below all Rx scores for that event.

Refund Policy
No refunds after registration is complete. However, teams can substitute athletes at any time up to the day of the event — just email us with the updated team info.

Substitutes
If one of your teammates can’t make it, you're welcome to sub someone in. No need to re-register — just let us know ahead of time.

What to Bring
Water, snacks, and any gear you'll need for multiple short workouts (jump rope, grips, weight belt if needed)
Change of clothes (optional) for the post-event hangout
A good attitude — it's a community event!
