Mayhem on the Mountain is Alabama's largest outdoor functional fitness competition held at beautiful Oak Mountain State Park. Mayhem hosts over 500 competitors from around the southeast who compete as an individual or on a 4 person team. We have divisions for athletes of all levels:
Compete on Saturday:
INDIVIDUAL DIVISIONS: RX MEN,RX WOMEN, SCALED MEN, SCALED WOMEN, MASTERS MEN, MASTERS WOMEN
Compete on Sunday:
TEAM DIVISION(4 PERSON TEAMS): RX MEN,RX WOMEN, RX COED, SCALED MEN, SCALED WOMEN, SCALED COED, MASTERS MIX ALL MALE(2 ATHLETES MUST BE 35+), MASTERS MIX COED(2 ATHLETES MUST BE 35+)
