Onsite competition for same-sex teams of 2 at D-Town Crossfit

3 workouts plus a final workout for top 4 teams in each division

3 workouts released on February 5 (final workout is a surprise ;))

$300 PRIZE FOR FIRST PLACE IN MALE AND FEMALE RX DIVISIONS

$150 registration fee ($75/person) **INCLUDES A TSHIRT**

RX and Scaled divisions (use open standards to decide which division to sign up for)

Team's can substitute members up to the day of competition
