Come throw down with us!! Driftless CrossFit & Fitness is proud to announce that we will once again be hosting our annual winter CrossFit competition. Formerly known as the “UDX Winter Games”, the “Winter Throwdown” will be one of the premier local CrossFit competitions in the La Crosse area. Our competition is a great way for local CrossFit athletes of all ages and abilities to display their hard-earned fitness in an organized, positive, and competitive event.

COED teams of 2

Open Rx, Intermediate, Scaled.
Masters (40+) Rx, Intermediate, Scaled.
