Fit Fest '22 Benefitting VCAS

Delaware Fit Factory's 3rd Annual Fit Fest is throwing Teams of 4 AND Pairs into the mix! Teams throw down in the morning, Pairs in the afternoon! More fitness, more fun, same great nonprofit benefitting from the event, Veteran Companion Animal Services!

• 3 back-to-back-to-back workouts crammed into one hour.
• Teams of 4 (2m2f) or Pairs (m/f)
• Scaled and RX Divisions for both
• Shirts for all (deadline 9/16), prizes for division winners
• After party at The Backstretch following the final heats 

A portion of each sign up fee will be donated to VCAS, but why stop there? Use this link to help us raise more money to support VCAS in their ongoing efforts to create influential bonds in the lives of veterans and rescue dogs through the many benefits of the human-animal bond. Don't care to participate? The mission of Veteran Companion Animal Services (VCAS) is to enrich the lives of veterans, military families, and dogs through the many benefits of the human-animal bond. Through various programs including dog placement and dog training, their focus is to make sure Veterans who need a dog, get a dog, and those who already have a dog can apply for training classes.
