We are back with a fun Christmas themed comp in Central Arkansas.

This year, we are getting back to the FUN of CrossFit by throwing down together and seeing what you can do! We are removing your ability "label" and throwing you in the deep end, one divsion for all. Grab a friend, grab a spouse, grab your RX-Gymgoalz Hero and lets goooooo!

Podiums will be by gender: MM, FF, and MF. We will provide alternate movement options for challenging gymnastics and barbell to ensure all athletes can complete the workouts, with a challenging Final for the Fittest.

This year we are excited to include a heat for Individual Adaptive Atheletes, with movement modifications for each persons adaptation. Please message us so we can plan your event!
