THE RACE - ELITE***

1. Burpee Broad Jumps (100 yards) + 300m run
2. Bear Crawls (200 yards) + 300m run
3. Overhead Lunges (100 yards) + 300m run (Women 15 lb. plate / Men 35 lb. plate)‍
4. Frog Hops (100 yards) + Jump Squats (60 reps) + Frog Hops (100 yards) + 300m run
5. Farmer Carry (300m) + 300m run (Women 35 lb. kettlebell each hand / Men 50 lb. kettlebell each hand)
6. ‍Plate Carry (300m) + 300m run (Women 25 lb. plate / Men 45 lb. plate)
7. ‍Goblet Squats (60 reps) + 300m run (Women 25 lb. dumbbell / Men 45 lb. dumbbell)
8. Hand-Release Pushups (60 reps) + 300m run
9. Step Ups (100 reps) + 300m run (24" box)
10. Plate Clean and Press (60 reps) + 300m run (Women 25 lb. plate / Men 45 lb. plate)
11. Kettlebell Deadlifts (60 reps) + 300m run (Women 35 lb. kettlebell each hand / Men 50 lb. kettlebell each hand)
12. Devil Presses (60 reps) + 300m run (Women 8 lbs. each hand / Men 15 lbs. each hand)

***PRO competitors will perform the exercises solely using bodyweight.  

HOW TO WIN - Individual
Fastest time for each age group for will be declared winner for that city. Winners in the ELITE category will receive corresponding cash prize. One cannot win the overall race and their age group. The second fastest time in overall winner’s age group will be named the winner for that group.

• Overall Woman (fastest time of the day) $1,000
• Overall Man (fastest time of the day) $1,000
• Woman, Age 18-40 $500
• Man, Age 18-40 $500
• Woman, Age 41-50 $500
• Man, Age 41-50 $500
• Woman, Age 51+ $500
• Man, Age Age 51+ $500

HOW TO WIN - Team
Forged will allow 20 teams consisting of 5-7 members per team. Teams can be made up of both men and women. Similar to Cross Country, teams will be scored on a point system. The top 5 members will receive points based on where they score overall in the race for their age group. Those points will be combined and the team with the highest score will win. It is possible (and likely) for one to win their age group and have their team win the team category.

• 1st-3rd Fastest Time 20 Points
• 4th-15th Fastest Time 10 Points
• 16th-25th Fastest Time 5 Points
• 26th-50th Fastest Times 1 Point
• Anything past 50th Place 0 Points

THE PARTY
Forged is teaming with local, statewide and national brands to provide the best in food, sports nutrition, sports medicine, fitness brands, live music and more. There will be booze and food trucks and cryo chambers and cold plunges and massages and more. Bring your buddies, dogs, kids, in-laws and outlaws.
