weigh ins Friday March 28th 9-11am and 5-7pm, Saturday March 29th 830-930am

after the first 2 max events you will go in order of entry received the rest of the day, so get them in early. 

pro class- if we get 6 in each class prize money will be 600, 400 and 200, if 10 or more sign up then it will be 750, 500 and 300.  Winner in each class gets invite to pro worlds as long as 6 sign up and compete in each class. 

Event 1. max log-3 attempts, Wessels rule in effect.  12” log for men and 10“ log for women.  soft and outer belt, Knee and elbows sleeves, wrist wraps and grip shirts allowed. 

event 2.  silver dollar deadlift for max-3 attempts, Wessels rule in effect. No suits allowed.  Strap and figure 8s allowed but thumb must be around the bar, sock must be worn. Bar height is 18” and will be pulled off of blocks and using a Texas power bar.  Soft and outer belt, knee and elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, pulling straps and chalk allowed. 
 

event 3.  Farmers walk-15” pick height carried 35 foot down total across the line, dropped and re picked and carried totally across the finish line.  soft and outer belt, knee and Elbow sleeves, wrist wraps and chalk only allowed.  1 minute time limit 

event 4. Yoke walk 3” cross bar. picked and carried 35 feet down and totally across the line, dropped and carried back totally across the finish line.  Soft and outer Belt, knee and elbow sleeves, wrist wraps and grip shirt allowed. 1 minute time limit 

event 5.  Sandbag over bar 48” cross bar for men and 45” for women.  competitor will pick and load over the bar and then go around and load it back over as many times as they can in 1 minute.  Soft and outer belt allowed, grip shirt, wrist wraps, knee and elbow sleeves and chalk only allowed.
