Female/Female or Male/Male Teams - $200/team, includes a t-shirt or tank

Rx and Scaled Divisions

Athlete Check-In 7:30 am, Athlete Briefing 8 am

We will allow substitutes as needed, but will not allow changing of shirt sizes.

Absolutely no refunds for any reason.

Please choose your division appropriately. If you typically do Rx workouts in your gym, choose Rx. There won't be any surprise complicated movements in the Rx standards! Workouts will be released beforehand- you will have option to change divisions if you are not able to complete the workouts as prescribed. 

We reserve the right to change your division based on other competition results or standings in the Open.
